📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. We ship from US-based fulfillment centers so your order gets to you as fast as possible!

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days, contact us at support@aeroskylineshop.com.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production.

What kind of products do you sell? We sell aviation-themed gear, apparel, gifts, and accessories — all designed for pilots, student pilots, plane spotters, and aviation enthusiasts. Every product in our store is something we'd be proud to use ourselves.

Are your products good quality? Absolutely. We personally review every product before adding it to our store. Our apparel is printed using premium direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and our accessories are sourced from trusted suppliers. If you're ever not happy, we'll make it right — guaranteed.

Do your shirts run true to size? Our apparel generally runs true to size. We include a size guide on every product page. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I get a custom or personalized product? We're working on personalization options! Stay tuned — or reach out to us directly at support@aeroskylineshop.com and we'll see what we can do for you.

💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your payment information is always secure.

Is my payment information safe? 100%. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the most secure ecommerce platforms in the world. We never store your credit card information.

Do you offer payment plans? Yes! For orders over $35, you can split your payment over time using Shop Pay Installments at checkout — no interest, no stress.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — no runaround, no hassle.

What if my item arrived damaged or wrong? We're so sorry if that happened! Please email us at support@aeroskylineshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Who pays for return shipping? For damaged or incorrect items — we cover it, 100%. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
